About Mini Wok Halal
Our Story
At Mini Wok Halal, we have been serving delicious and authentic Halal Northern Chinese cuisine for over 40 years. Our restaurant was founded who wanted to share their love for traditional Halal Northern Chinese dishes from the Tianjin/Beijing area that is totally halal. Zero Pork.

Our Chef
Acclaimed chef, Dawei "Abdullah" Ling, has over 40 years of experience in Northern Chinese Cuisine. He has opened mulitple restaurants in the world from Tianjin to New York City. He now brings his expertise to Sugar Land. He is passionate about creating authentic halal flavors from North East China.
